This is a common scenario with the corporate houses where the organizational structures are re-aligned for smoother operations in an organization. There are many compromises the Company has to do as per the requirements of the NEW management. One of the challenges faced by them would be studying the work graph of the employees and make them adjust in the new environment and accept the changes. It is said that changes are inevitable but changes should be accepted with open hands by the employees. The companies should come out of the shell of the BIG CORPORATE and should study their own SWOT and act on; the action and the analysis areas may be inside or outside their pre-determined shell.
