In the dynamic realm of the workplace, collaboration and teamwork are crucial for success. However, sometimes this spirit of cooperation takes a dark turn when employees gang up against one particular team member. During a recent one-on-one session with a team member, I came to realize the immense importance of understanding and practicing concepts like empathy, sympathy, privacy, and secrecy. These terms may be interconnected, but they each hold their own significance. It is disheartening to witness team members struggling to fit into the competitive nature of the workplace. Do they not have their own individuality and unique perspectives? Should they not possess their own strong will? Numerous questions arise in light of this. Why do people gang up against a particular team member? Why do they feel entitled to delve into their personal issues? Can't they control their curiosity and focus on their own responsibilities? When Corona pandemic hits the country it hits each and everyone, big or small, rich or poor, woman or man, old or young. But getting away with it there is only one thing you can do and is to stay at home. While this is ongoing and as a mandate from the Government we have to stay at home at least for 21 days which started from last midnight. Everyday is still a new day but with few mandatory changes in the life style we follow. Here I will write how I spent each and every day of lockdown while working from home. More noticeable was that no one rang the door bell since morning. As no outsider can enter our society premises so there is no milkman, no maid, no cook, no service man, none. The morning hustle bustle of the society is also missing. We don't he...
So here we are, Day 2 is about to finish now. Though my health is OK, not so good but had to push myself and not be a lazy bum I just kicked myself and went away from the laptop for sometime atleast and tried my hands on baking Aata Biscuits. Though they came out well not so extraordinary....lol...just normal biscuits we can eat at home. Utilizing the lockdown days baking was also one thing in my wishlist and there is more to come, I am not stricking this off yet. I know I can do better and the next batch will come out more tastier and more presentable than these ones. I followed the recipe from youtube and in the quest of making the second batch in few days I will find out another receipe...and I know I will succeed. Here are some pictures of biscuits from different stages of baking: Ready to go inside the oven Just out from Oven The Final Product
