Restructure your Corporate Model

This is a common scenario with the corporate houses where the organizational structures are re-aligned for smoother operations in an organization. There are many compromises the Company has to do as per the requirements of the NEW management. One of the challenges faced by them would be studying the work graph of the employees and make them adjust in the new environment and accept the changes. It is said that changes are inevitable but changes should be accepted with open hands by the employees. The companies should come out of the shell of the BIG CORPORATE and should study their own SWOT and act on; the action and the analysis areas may be inside or outside their pre-determined shell. There can be lot many reasons for restructuring…be it less performance, all talks- no work, only work---no talks, no clear goal, no direction, no decision….and many more…everyone needs a change and a better change. New face of Currency

Image
Recently; the symbol of Indian currency was finalized from 3000 entries; the winner will be awarded a huge amount. The numerical representation for the Indian rupee, which is a mix of the Devanagri ‘Ra’ and Roman ‘R’ will easily distinguish the Indian currency from other currencies from Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. The new symbol is the 5th one to join the club of currencies as US$, Euro €, Pound £ and Japanese Yen¥. The theme given to contestants was to play around with the Hindi letter Ra with two lines to “reflect and capture the Indian ethos and culture”. Personally, if I have to rate this symbol then I would say the symbol dint made any first appeal to me; I do respect the mind game of Udaya Kumar from IIT in creating this symbol; but I am happy that Indian currency will be differentiated well now with a new symbol. Lover Birds

Lover Birds On the window in my room, Either morning or noon, There sings two lover birds. When I saw them loving They reminded me of you. When I saw them jiggling They reminded me of you They reminded me of you Every time I see them together They reminded me of you Cause of the respect and love we share. Together they were happy Same as we share our happiness They reminded me of you Every time I see them together.
