Restructure your Corporate Model

This is a common scenario with the corporate houses where the organizational structures are re-aligned for smoother operations in an organization. There are many compromises the Company has to do as per the requirements of the NEW management.

One of the challenges faced by them would be studying the work graph of the employees and make them adjust in the new environment and accept the changes.

It is said that changes are inevitable but changes should be accepted with open hands by the employees. The companies should come out of the shell of the BIG CORPORATE and should study their own SWOT and act on; the action and the analysis areas may be inside or outside their pre-determined shell.

There can be lot many reasons for restructuring…be it less performance, all talks- no work, only work---no talks, no clear goal, no direction, no decision….and many more…everyone needs a change and a better change.

With the advent of restructuring in the company the employee would be little skeptical as to what kind of role they will get if any of these changes will come? How the change will be accepted by them and how the change will accept them?

The major difference I believe; is faced by the operational team rather than the non-operational team; reason behind; managers do change often….the direction given to the non-ops may sound similar from every one’s mouth but the change is noticed in the deliverables from the operational staff where the way changes are been portrayed and the way the changes are perceived and received plays an important role.

The game of the BIG corporate makes their way to help some special and influential people around the organization. Getting used to this change might be difficult for some of the employees but on the contrary it might be delightful for few of them.

Uniting everyone together to one consensus becomes a challenge to the management or the decision makers in the company; cause they believe it or not the company runs only if 100s of people work with them with joyful mind.

At the end of the day as it is said; “love your job don't love your company” proves to be true
