FISH Philosophy!!!

Sometime back my colleague gave a presentation on the FISH Philosophy; it is a theory from John Christensen; which was derived by placing cameras in fish market to study the behaviour of workers working actively. As the book suggests, “When we choose to love the work we do, we can catch our limit of happiness, meaning and fulfillment every day.” The study shows how 75% of normal human life is consumed in work related areas as going to office, spending time in working and other such meagre activities and by the time Friday appears everyone sighs and says “Thank God its Friday” and gives their 100% of the energy.
