Vo ret me khud ko samaana
Vo pani se akele me baatein karna

Vo dosto ka saath
Vo khamoshi ki awaz

Vo khawabo ka pura hona
Vo rozmarra ki bheed se alag rehna

Vo tha mere dil ka haal
Jiske baad meri badal gayi chal:)

Sometime back my colleague gave a presentation on the FISH Philosophy; it is a theory from John Christensen; which was derived by placing cameras in fish market to study the behaviour of workers working actively.
