Your mai abhi ispe baitha hu
Your zoom link bhej du mam

Your friendship, love and care for everyone
Your struggles for life
Your sensitive and emotional poems

Who will say all this to me now? 
 
Who will message me "Hi Mam" every morning
and discuss about the days work?
Who will now say me
"mujhe nahi pata
mai Ahmedabad aa raha hu
Apke ghar pe aur mere liye chicken banana"
 
Who will now encourage me to learn playing guitar
and moreover waiting for my originals
Who will now tell me " Mam apki poem padi maine..."
 
I have endless phrases and anecdotes to share 
 
But the Love you have always spread
Will always be in our heart

about life, love, friendship, respect,
care,struggle, passion, work, technology
what not...the list is endless
more over you have taught us to live life to the fullest 
 
You are not gone any where you are in our hearts and in thoughts always and forever.
Its only the soul which travels back to search for a new destination.
What leaves behind are the thoughts and memories and love you shared always.

Sometime back my colleague gave a presentation on the FISH Philosophy; it is a theory from John Christensen; which was derived by placing cameras in fish market to study the behaviour of workers working actively.
