This is a common scenario with the corporate houses where the organizational structures are re-aligned for smoother operations in an organization. There are many compromises the Company has to do as per the requirements of the NEW management. One of the challenges faced by them would be studying the work graph of the employees and make them adjust in the new environment and accept the changes.
