(Dost/ Friend)

Building Bully- Free Workplace

In the dynamic realm of the workplace, collaboration and teamwork are crucial for success. However, sometimes this spirit of cooperation takes a dark turn when employees gang up against one particular team member. During a recent one-on-one session with a team member, I came to realize the immense importance of understanding and practicing concepts like empathy, sympathy, privacy, and secrecy. These terms may be interconnected, but they each hold their own significance. It is disheartening to witness team members struggling to fit into the competitive nature of the workplace. Do they not have their own individuality and unique perspectives? Should they not possess their own strong will? Numerous questions arise in light of this. Why do people gang up against a particular team member? Why do they feel entitled to delve into their personal issues? Can't they control their curiosity and focus on their own responsibilities? Why make fun of someone who is already going through emotional

I Accuse... BOOK REVIEW

Image
"I Accuse..." by Jarnail Singh, with Foreward from one of my favourite authors of all the time Khushwant singh. (Iam just obsessed with his writing.)   This is all about how 1984 riots started and how the community got badly affected and the aftermath. The black days as I call them...   While I was reading this book, I could easily picturize the anecdotes, the loot scenes, the scenes which shows the atrocities done on the community. Why so, one may ask cause these were those black days and nights during which my family also struggled to save their religious beliefs, their business, family members especially the men.   I was merely 4 years then but my grandmother use to share the stories so as the other elders in the family. Even if the names in the book are different from those of my known people but the stories are just the same. I saw their faces while going through the pages, i saw our oldest house and the community area where the elders use to sit and gossip and play and

This women's day let’s talk about the Men in your life. Let us acknowledge their presence around us.  Am I a complete woman? I ask myself sitting alone one day in my room under the dim light of my lantern, the only light which helps me spark my writing, my instincts, and let my words come out on paper.  What is a complete woman?  For ages, this question is there but in every era, every generation has its own answer. Some say a complete woman is one who is married, has kids, is a good homemaker, a dedicated wife, and daughter-in-law, a loving and caring mother, daughter, sister, etc...All at once.  Come to another generation they say a woman is one who is independent in her thoughts, speaks her mind, does what she feels, travels solo, owns million dollar company alone, takes care of the family, even if have kids they are also well taken care of. Desperately Looking Forward

When both of us are desperately waiting for the day and longing for the time to be together. When we surrender in each other That is the most beautiful time. The wait to pass through the long waiting time; in the long distance is one good and bad thing but That is the most beautiful time. A time where you think about him every single breath you take, every time you blink and more than the pores in your body. That is the most beautiful time. Today I am missing you more than yesterday and tomorrow Thinking about you is one thing I do 24 hours a day in a row. That is the most beautiful time. I wait for the time when I am with you, next to you and loving you and taking care of you. and then I can say it aloud That is the most beautiful time. Cause I Adore You

A new day has begun with fresh sunlight everywhere, But here we are the same old us, With the same old passion and love for the nature around us.   I must admit one thing every second,  every moment we spent together, gave me a divine pleasure of becoming one with you.   I find it like a light in the invisible part of my life, A light which shows you how worth you are to live your life. A light which gives you blessings for a new day,  new moments of togetherness and good health.   Thanking you from the bottom of my heart to share a part of you with me.   Be as calm, poised, composed as you are always. Cause I Adore You, Love You and always will.
